braised beef short ribs

Jude got home late from work tonight, at about 9:30. He'd already eaten at the restaurant, but he whipped me up a great meal still. Below, my late dinner of braised beef short ribs with roasted fingerling potatoes and red cippolini onions from Rick Bishop of Mountain Sweet Berry Farm via the Union Square farmer's market. Delicious.
