braised chicken and couscous

When Ruby and I were out at a friend's house for dinner last night, Jude was working on braising this chicken in a delicious sauce with Indian spices. This morning he made some couscous and put the two containers in the fridge for my lunch today. I am working from home, so I just put some of this chicken on the couscous and heated it up and--voila!--a ridiculously delicious meal. This chicken is so tender that it literally falls off the bone!
