Poor Jude has had some late nights at the restaurant lately, not to mention that the piles of snow and rain have kept us from shopping. Tonight, he brought me home some of my favorite staples from Momofuku: ginger scallion noodles and shiitake mushroom buns. I prefer the pork buns, but they don't travel as well as the shiitakes. I ate a LOT of ginger scallion noodles when I was pregnant last year, always with extra vegetables for Ruby!
