Jude got home late again tonight and we wanted something quick so we could watch a movie. Since I had had lunch on my own during the day, Jude wasn't 100 percent confident that I had eaten any greens yet, so he whipped up a simple stir fry of rice, broccoli, snow peas, and peas.
