tamales and salad

My lunch today at the office was its usual assortment of goodness. The stars were a chicken-and-mole tamale (made from scratch at the restaurant, not at home) and a salad with avocado and goat cheese. I love cheese, but can only have goat or sheep cheese while Ruby is nursing because she has a bad reaction to an enzyme in cow's milk, even through me. Jude has been trying to find good cheeses I can eat and putting them into my meals.
