Jude made carbonara again tonight. I LOVE his carbonara! Here he is cracking eggs for the sauce. That's the pork jowl there that he'll slice up and cook little crispy pieces of for the dish. And fresh parsley in the bowl for the garnish at the end. David and Rachel had eaten out--Italian, no less!--but David still felt compelled to eat a bowl of this yummy pasta when they got home!
