Israeli coucous and salad

Jude cooked up a great Israeli couscous dish this morning for me to take to work. It had sauteed escarole, dried cherries, and walnuts. The salad was my usual mixed greens with fresh goat cheese, a hard-boiled egg, and dried cherries--this time with hazelnuts! He also packed me a plastic baggie full of salami...just because it's delicious!
