Yum, yum, yum, yum. This breakfast was particularly tasty. Jude made me two open-faced breakfast sandwiches--one sweet and one savory. Each were on a slice of toasted baguette. The sweet one had fresh chevre and strawberry jam. The savory one had white bean puree and sauteed escarole with a little olive oil and sea salt. Did I mention that it was delicious?
