Victor's rice, beans, and ramps dinner

Jude's parents are here this week and my father-in-law took care of dinner tonight. Jude had made these white beans last night (soaking from dry and cooking with parsley, garlic, and some bacon rind).

Tonight Victor made some rice and sauteed some ramps and served it up with the beans. Yum.
